Cement bags broken open with a spade and spread over surface. Rakes cement, rotary cultivator over cement to mix it. Reshape surface. Fruit sprayer sprays water over the surface. Rotary cultivator mixes it until right consistency. Wallis & Steevens roller flattens surface. Finished road is tarred and chippings spread over it by hand and rolled in.
